CROCHET DIVISION:
PCJS Group has laid an efficient infrastructure focusing on customer needs and requirements. Currently has two marketing offices in central Delhi (NCR) INDIA (Main Sadar Bazar and Moti Magar, Delhi) with representatives and dealers network in all major textiles manufacturing zones like Bangalore, Chennai, Tirupur, Mumbai etc and manufacturing facilities in Haryana.Our Braiding / crochet division is located in Gurgaon, Haryana with covered area of 36000 sq. ft. has 225 Braid loom machines and 5 high-speed computerized crochet-knitting machines with annual capacity of 30 ml.mtr.
EMBROIDERY
Our embroidery Division set up in one of the best industrial zones of India at IMT, Manesar (Haryana), and housing large number of garment export units. Division is having covered area of 48,000 Sq ft; At present 7 double-frame high speed embroidery machines with total annual production capacity of around 2 ml.mts of embroidery laces and fabrics. Our export division at Moti Nagar, Delhi caters to high fashion accessories wholesales and designers around the world.
We have special team of merchandisers catering to international buyers, understanding there needs and servicing them with latest fashion trend product range for different seasons All our units are well integrated to handle in-house designing and production process and all well connected with NCR to cater to export clients.
Besides PCJS has tie-ups with different small hand embroidery units in and around Delhi undertaking specialized art-works of beads, sequence, Appliques, badges, borders etc used as high fashion accessories in global markets.
Housing large productions capacities to accommodate different volumes of orders at same time. With a global focus and just not local focus, PCJS has embarked on a course that will put us on Garment accessories map of the world!
